Four checks before moving funds

  1. 1Choose asset and network, then verify the deposit address or withdrawal destination network.
  2. 2Add frequent withdrawal addresses to the whitelist with a clear label.
  3. 3Editing an address restarts its cooling period; verify address, network, amount and fee before submission.
  4. 4Follow review, signing and broadcast progress in wallet history.

Withdrawals pass three gates

Withdrawals pass three gates (risk limits, whitelist cooling period, tiered approval) and mostly complete within the time frame for your KYC tier. An account that has not completed KYC can deposit but cannot withdraw.

Tokenised US equities and on-chain withdrawal are not open. If they open later, tokens already withdrawn to a user's own address cannot be recovered — the contract currently has no forced transfer or recovery function.

Confirmation thresholds, minimum deposits and withdrawal fees can be overridden per chain and per asset by operations, so the values shown on the wallet page at the time are the effective ones. For crediting problems, see “I already sent it — why hasn't it arrived?” in the related reading above.
