These rates come from the same configuration the order engine charges against, so the page updates the moment pricing changes — what you see here is what you pay.

Spot trading fees

Charged on the filled notional and rounded up to the smallest unit of the quote asset.

This page, the order panel and the fee actually deducted all read the same backend configuration. There is no second price list.
Fees are charged in the pair's quote asset (a USDT pair is charged in USDT) and rounded up.

Deposits and withdrawals

Minimum amounts and confirmations for each asset on each network, as currently in force.

The withdrawal fee is the real on-chain network cost at the time you withdraw, passed through with no platform markup. Network costs move minute to minute with congestion, so we do not quote a fixed figure here — the exact amount is shown on the withdrawal page before you confirm.

Minimums and confirmations shown are the values currently in force, including any per-asset or per-network adjustment.
Confirmations are the number of on-chain blocks required before a deposit is credited; congestion can make the wait longer.
