What is MeetU RWA

MeetU RWA is an invitation-only trading platform: clients use one account to trade US equities and crypto spot, and can take part in the Volatility Alliance portfolio product.

Who it is for

MeetU RWA is currently in an invitation-only gray-launch phase: it is open to invited external users, and the funds those users invest are real. An invited user can trade only after registering with an email address and completing identity verification (KYC). The pre-trade check rejects an account when the account is not active, when the user's residence is in a restricted jurisdiction, or when the account has no valid identity verification. A retail user must also pass a knowledge test before buying virtual assets, and verified accounts fall into three tiers: Basic KYC, Full KYC and Professional. The platform suits users who want to manage US equity and crypto positions in one account, and who accept that features, parameters and available instruments may change during the gray launch.

What you can do

MeetU RWA currently offers three service lines, with the following boundaries.

  • US stock trading: US stock orders pass platform risk checks and are sent to a partner broker channel for execution; the account is quoted and settled in USDT/USDC, and only whole shares are supported by default, with a minimum of 1 share. The regular session is Monday to Friday, 09:30–16:00 Eastern Time (21:30–04:00 Hong Kong time during US daylight saving, 22:30–05:00 in winter); pre-market and after-hours orders are not guaranteed to fill immediately, and orders placed while the market is closed queue for the next session.
  • Crypto spot: Crypto spot is quoted in USDT/USDC and supports limit and market orders; orders pass platform risk checks and are sent to a partner exchange channel for execution. Deposits are accepted in USDT/USDC on five chains — Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base and Tron — and these two are also the only assets currently available for withdrawal.
  • Portfolio product (Volatility Alliance): Client cash queues, is called into the fund in batches and converted into units that share one portfolio; the product does not guarantee principal, and gains and losses follow the market. The system only generates trade instructions: the US equity leg is executed manually by platform staff in the platform's own brokerage account, and each fill is entered by one operator and confirmed by a second before it is booked; the execution method for the crypto leg is configured per market in the back office. The performance fee is fixed at 30% under a high-water-mark rule; allocated units are not freely redeemable by default and can only exit through a forced-redemption request reviewed by the platform.
  • Not currently offered: A-share quotes are view-only and A-share orders are not supported at present; tokenized assets (RWA) are not live — no contract has been deployed on mainnet and no token has been issued; the legacy flexible and fixed-term wealth products no longer accept new subscriptions.

How assets are held

MeetU RWA holds client assets under five mechanisms — segregated accounts, custody, withdrawal gates, two-person review and reconciliation — each defined by a specific piece of code or an operations runbook.

  • Segregated accounts: Client assets and the platform's own funds sit in different account types in a double-entry ledger, and only platform accounts may carry a negative balance; fund money is likewise booked separately from the platform's own funds.
  • MPC custody: Institutional-grade MPC custody is used, and the complete private key is never assembled; withdrawal signing and broadcasting are performed by an external MPC custodian, the platform does not hold client private keys, and every withdrawal is signed manually, one transaction at a time, in the custodian's approval app.
  • Withdrawal gates: Each withdrawal request passes, in order, the master withdrawal switch, address blacklist and sanctions screening, withdrawal eligibility, the per-chain and per-asset switch, the address whitelist with a 24-hour cooling-off period, the daily limit, an anti-money-laundering decision and tiered approval; a failed lookup at any gate rejects the request, and submission also requires an authenticator code plus an email code.
  • Two-person review: For manually approved withdrawals the executor must differ from the approver; fund-related back-office actions such as manual adjustments, dividend payouts and risk-parameter changes, as well as Volatility Alliance fill entry and invitation-list changes, all require the proposer and the reviewer to be two different people.
  • Three reconciliation layers: The first layer is the ledger trial balance, where debits and credits must net to zero for every asset; the second layer compares custody and exchange account balances against client and fund liabilities every 5 minutes and treats an unknown balance as a critical alert; the third layer matches the ledger against broker and exchange statements line by line at each end-of-day cut, with differences going to an exception queue.

How it differs from other platforms

MeetU RWA differs from typical trading platforms in five concrete ways. First, one account covers both US equities and crypto spot, and both are quoted and settled in USDT/USDC. Second, the values shown on the Trading Rules and Fees pages come from the same configuration used by order validation and fee deduction, so what the page shows is what an order is charged; withdrawal fees pass through the actual on-chain network fee with no platform mark-up. Third, access is by invitation, users outside the list cannot see restricted features, and adding a user to the list requires approval by two people. Fourth, the gray-launch risk disclosure is versioned and recorded: the text a user sees matches the content hash in the acknowledgement record, and after a disclosure update the user must re-acknowledge before continuing any fund action. Fifth, MeetU RWA is being built to Hong Kong licensing standards, with its application in progress.

Frequently asked questions

What is MeetU RWA?

MeetU RWA is an invitation-only trading platform where clients use one account to trade US equities and crypto spot, and can take part in the Volatility Alliance portfolio product. MeetU RWA is being built to Hong Kong licensing standards, with its application in progress.

Which assets can I trade?

Clients can trade US equities (whole shares, minimum 1 share) and USDT/USDC-quoted crypto spot, and can take part in the Volatility Alliance portfolio product. A-share quotes are view-only and cannot be traded at present; tokenized assets (RWA) are not live, and the platform has not issued any token.

When is the US stock trading session?

The regular US session is Monday to Friday, 09:30–16:00 Eastern Time, which is 21:30–04:00 Hong Kong time during US daylight saving and 22:30–05:00 in winter. Orders placed while the market is closed queue for the next session; a broker-session maintenance window occurs around 02:20 Hong Kong time each day, during which US stock orders are rejected.

How are client assets held?

Client virtual assets are held under institutional-grade MPC custody, and the complete private key is never assembled; withdrawal signing and broadcasting are performed by an external MPC custodian, and the platform does not hold client private keys. The internal ledger is double-entry, client assets are booked separately from the platform's own funds, and three reconciliation layers run: ledger trial balance, custody balance checks and end-of-day statement matching.

How do I open an account, and what are the requirements?

An account requires an invitation first: register with an email address and password, complete identity verification (KYC) with document capture and face liveness, and acknowledge the gray-launch risk disclosure; retail users must also pass a knowledge test before buying virtual assets. Accounts that are not active, or whose residence is in a restricted jurisdiction, cannot trade.

How long do withdrawals take, and what are the review steps?

Withdrawals go only to whitelisted addresses that have passed a 24-hour cooling-off period, and each request requires an authenticator code plus an email code. The request then passes sanctions screening, the daily limit, an anti-money-laundering decision and tiered approval; amounts above the auto-approval limit go to manual review, the executor must differ from the approver, and the custodian signs each transaction before it is broadcast. The platform does not promise a fixed arrival time.

Where can I see the trading rules?

The Trading Rules page lists, per pair, the currently effective minimum order quantity, minimum order amount, maximum open orders and the limit-order price deviation cap; the Fees page lists spot fees and deposit/withdrawal rules. Both pages read the same configuration that order validation and fee deduction use, so they update as soon as operations change a value.

What does "tokenized asset" mean here?

A tokenized asset records the rights of a real-world asset as an on-chain token. The tokens in MeetU RWA's design are restricted-transfer compliance tokens that can move only between addresses on an identity whitelist. This feature is not live: no contract has been deployed on mainnet and no token has been issued.
